Basically the master cleanse is a diet which requires you to drink mostly a lemonade cocktail for the duration of the master cleanse program. As the recipe for the master cleanse diet is a very simple and easy one to formulate. All that you need to do is to consume at least 60 ounces of lemonade per day but limited to 120 ounces. You also need to consume a lot of water while following the master cleanse. The reason is because the master cleanse acts as a laxative which removes wastes and toxin from your body. This will actually cause you to be dehydrated. To avoid dehydration, you should drink an equivalent of your weight in water. This means for example if you weight 150 pounds, you should consume 150 ounces of water.

For a single or a glass of the master cleanse, the recipe require that you have…

Hoodia diet pills could be the answer to to your prayers. Weight loss tablets, appetite suppressant pills, herbal supplements and the latest diet trends - some people have to be the first to try the latest thing in their seemingly endless quest to find the holy grail of weight loss. Although a gross generalization, when it comes to these kinds of methods and developments designed to help people lose weight, there are three main types of person.

There are those who have to try the latest recommendation, the newest tablet, the diet that’s been on television and try to be the first. These optimists have sometimes been trying to lose weight for years, sometimes with a little success but rarely anything to write home about.

What is the number one party night of the year? New Years Eve, of course! For many this means a little, or a lot, of alcohol. Are you one of those people that wake up the next day feeling a bit run over?

Many of us have had a hangover, but few of us think about what alcohol does to our body. There is more than a few empty calories, alcohol depletes your vital vitamins and minerals. To make things even worse, that night of pleasure makes digestion a problem, meaning you cannot easily replenish those lost nutrients.

There are steps you can take to bring your body back into balance. One of my favorites is Kombucha Tea. Never heard of it? It is not an energy drink, but most everyone who drinks it says it improves their energy. It is not a nutritional supplement, but it is rich with…

More recently, the field of aromatherapy has extended to the manufacturing of various products for the general household freshening or as bug repellent elements. Presently, essential oils are also generally used in the design of cosmetic commodities such as perfumes, soaps, facial toners and lotions; the natural components make the products a lot more reliable and safer to use.

Aromatherapy candles are perfect for the soothing of headaches, the calming of the irritated sinus or in the treatment of asthma and allergy symptoms. Moreover, natural fragrances have great tension and anxiety releasing properties with uses in every day life. The mix of essential oils are not confined to the making of aromatherapy candles, they are also included in the composition of soaps, sprays, body lotions and bath salts. Simple natural treatments, this is the motto that best describes the extensive usage of aromatherapy candles by people all over the…

How Texas Health Insurance Is Set Up For Small Employers

December 30, 2008 by Jordan FeRoss

For purposes of definition of health insurance in Texas, there is a difference between small employers and large employers according to state and federal mandates. For a small employer to be called just that, they will have to have no more than 50 employees that work full-time (actually 2 to 50 full-time employees). These employees that are defined as full-time must work at least 30 hours or more each week in order to qualify. That does not include temporary workers or seasonal workers.

With small employers, they are protected by some legal statutes. Some of them include coverage levels and increases in insurance rates. The thing with small employers is that with the health insurance law in Texas, they have to have the right amount of employees that are eligible for health insurance. It is not based on the number of total employees per say. With health insurance…

Lose Weight the Healthy Way

by: Marlene Mathis

It’s definitely no fun to lose weight — put it back on, lose weight, put it back on, and so on. Just as you learn the rules of a new diet, you find yourself trying to get around them. What if all you had to do to lose weight was to eat less?
You may think it can’t be done. However, experts say it can. Of course it sounds simpler than it is, but it’s no more difficult to commit to healthy eating habits than it is to follow the diets most of us have tried.
