Is it possible to lose weight really fast with the weight loss for idiots diet plan? The weight loss 4 idiots diet plan is the fastest working diet plan that I am know of that is based on science. The first 11 days I was able to lose 10 lbs of fat but my average weight loss has been 5 to 6 pounds a week.
