Physical exercises and body building exercises have become a specialized field with increased competition in sports. Some of the common categories of exercises are aerobic exercises, flexibility exercises and strength training. Aerobic exercise improves oxygen intake improving the metabolic or energy producing processes in the body through intense exercise for about 20 minutes followed by cooling down.
