When I first heard about the number one super food known as acai berry I wanted to discover what the negative acai berry side effects were. After all these berries are regarded very highly by the Brazilians and those who make the berries a regular part of their diets live longer than those who do not.

Any negative side effect that comes with an acai berry product is not from the berry itself since the fruit has no known side effect. The problem, if any, comes from the ingredients that are added to the natural supplement. I would encourage you to only take an all natural supplement but even then be careful and know your ingredients.
