I know this is hard to believe but once upon a time there was a world before diets. Yes they did not really exist, well certainly not the mad, crazy quick diets we have now.
The official definition of the word diet means “those things that are customarily eaten”. However when we talk or rather obsess about diets today we are describing a food regime which will hopefully change our weight.
If we take the fact that in 1993 Americans were spending 30 billion dollars on diet related products and fads it just shows us that the true meaning of the word diet has changed over the years. It is a shame, however, that so many people waste their money on quick diets, quick diet loss plans or whatever else these companies dress them up as.

Well I guess this is a fairly brutal point to make but have you like so many people started quick fix diets and diet plans and had no, zero, zilch success. Yep you are not alone and I am included in the dieting merry-go-round. It is so disheartening to start one diet and fail and then move onto the next. In this article I am going to explain why a programme called strip that fat will work and you will lose weight that will stay off.
