Don’t we all want to look like the skinny models that grace magazine covers? Weight loss is a very controversial subject the world over today, where we are criticized for being slightly overweight and also for being too skinny. In the modeling circles, one has to be a size 0 (especially on the ramps), but us mere mortals are allowed to be a perfect 10. With all the different standards and different circumstances, come a myriad of different diets - all claiming to be ‘the best weight loss program’, but not each diet can be the best, realistically.
The every other day diet program, also known as EODD is very unique in that on one day you stick to a high protein diet and the other day you can eat whatever foods you want - including foods that are banned from all the other diets, such as burgers and pizza consumed in moderation.
