You may have read many articles regarding artificial sweeteners but this one may be unique. We will focus on the health aspects of diets that contain artificial sweeteners (AS). Most AS products are identified as non-caloric which leads you to believe that they will be healthful food additives. You will see all the ads which tell you that AS products are better than sugar or corn syrup (fructose) but I think you should learn the hidden facts.
Identifying the most popular AS products is easy. They are Splenda ,Aspartame, Saccharine, Acesulfame Potassium (acesfulfame K)
Lite yogurt, ice cream, low-carb products, diet drink, puddings, and “reduced-sugar” products all contain the popular artificial sweeteners. If you look carefully on the label of your favorite diet supplement protein powder, your might be surprised to discover that it is loaded with artificial sweeteners (AS).
