The moment it comes to physical activity, lots of people can get rather creative with their reasons not to do keep up with an exercise routine. The real fact is that, when we are trying to get in shape, the exercising truly isn’t pleasurable; it is exactly challenging work. Getting our bodies healthy doesn’t feel good, despite the fact that we do experience an endorphin rush. Although we sometimes get endorphin rushes, our bodies feel aches and pains, we get tired and for a while we sort of dislike our bodies.
