Why Instant Fat Loss Doesn’t Work!

So many people are jumping on the weight loss bandwagon, marketing new, healthy diets, which simply do not work. These generally take two forms, one which offers a new ‘plan’ or ’schedule’, telling you what foods to eat and when. The other version, that’s becoming increasingly common, are the ‘cleansing’ diets. These are the ones that tell you that being fat is not your fault, but the result of some sort of parasite or disease that you can combat… if you buy their product.

This simply isn’t true. Despite the claims of the advertisers, these detoxification schemes never actually work. For example, I recently saw a product advertised that claims to get rid of the “dangerous worm” Paragonimus Westermani, which supposedly lives in everyone and causes health problems and obesity. Only problem with that is, Paragonimus Westermani comes from eating freshwater crabs. Live. When did you last eat a live crab? I seriously doubt it’s as common as the advertisers seem to think.

The best thing you could hope for when following one of these body cleansing schemes is that nothing would happen, while in fact what is far more likely is that you would end up with some major problems. If you did get rid of all the bacteria in your gut, you would be completely defenseless to all the usual dangers that they normally protect you from.

Think of your body as a fortress, and all the bacteria as an army. Like any army, they need food and supplies, and so they consume a small amount of the food you eat. But this is only a small amount, and if they didn’t do it you would be wide open to attack from all the bad bacteria out there that want nothing more then to kill you and eat you.

In fact, one of the ‘cleansing’ program sites showed me a horrible picture of the deadly plaque spots they say could form on your colon. I tell you, it looked really bad, and I was half convinced by them… until I noticed the little tag someone had forgotten to remove in the corner of the picture, which marked it as an image of candidiasis, not plaque. Someone really needed to do their homework better there, because candidiasis is caused by a lack of bacteria!

Now, maybe it’s just me, but using a picture of a disease caused by having no bacteria, to try and get you to remove your bacteria, struck me as terribly silly. This person, I thought to myself, obviously doesn’t care about checking their sources or giving good information. Why should I place my health in the hands of someone like that? Why should you?

In the end, of course, it’s up to you to decide what you want to do, and who you want to trust. However, I’m sure you can see the sense in not taking any chances. As a matter of fact, I’d rather keep on being fat and unhealthy, then try to fix myself with a hoax diet scheme that’s about as likely to help me as it is to kill me.

Granted, some of the products on offer aren’t complete scams - the sellers really believe what they’re offering. Problem is, that’s just because they don’t know any better, not because the product actually works. If you really want to lose weight, talk to your doctor, don’t just jump on the next bandwagon to crazy town.

After you have taken the first glass of master cleanse, you can take the wheat grass for the protein supplement. The recommended dosage is 5 grams and you can break up the wheat grass intake into two doses. Throughout the day continue drinking the lemonade and water. If you get bored drinking lemonade the whole day, remember you can flavor it with herbal tea to give it a different taste.

And before you go to sleep, you should remember to take another laxative of your choice. As mentioned earlier, it can be psyllium husk, laxative tea or sea salt. The master cleanse diet is a very cost effective diet because it does not require you to have any special kind of ingredients to make it work. The main ingredients for the master cleanse are pure water, grade B Organic maple syrup, organic Cayenne pepper, organic lemons and sea salts. To increase its effectiveness as a cleanser, you can use secondary ingredients such as herbal laxative tea, psyllium husk, wheat grass, natural decaffeinated herbal tea and hoodia extract.

Basically the master cleanse is a diet which requires you to drink mostly a lemonade cocktail for the duration of the master cleanse program. As the recipe for the master cleanse diet is a very simple and easy one to formulate. All that you need to do is to consume at least 60 ounces of lemonade per day but limited to 120 ounces. You also need to consume a lot of water while following the master cleanse. The reason is because the master cleanse acts as a laxative which removes wastes and toxin from your body. This will actually cause you to be dehydrated. To avoid dehydration, you should drink an equivalent of your weight in water. This means for example if you weight 150 pounds, you should consume 150 ounces of water.

For a single or a glass of the master cleanse, the recipe require that you have 10 ounces of filtered water, two table spoon of maple syrup, two tablespoon of lemon juice and 1/10 teaspoon of cayenne pepper. If you wish to make a daily servings of 60 ounces at one go then you will need 60 ounces of filtered water, 12 tablespoon of maple syrup, 12 tablespoon of lemon juice and teaspoon of cayenne pepper. But remember when you are preparing the master cleanse, you must use freshly squeezed lemon juice. This is because canned or processed juice already has lost much of its benefits.
