Cleansing can become very difficult if you are the primary cook at home. Advice on how to tackle such a situation is below from someone in the same boat as yourself. This woman and mother, is not only in charge of preparing and cooking all the home meals but as she has her own restaurant and is the chef, she is in charge of this at work as well. So youll gain some great hints and tips on cleansing your body when it seems like everyone in your immediate circumference is not!

I would like to help & motivate you all who are on this simple & effective diet by sharing what I have been through & still on. I am a chef & I live to eat, ( I am not kidding) my life revolves around my family & food, I smell & see it every waking moment, & even in my dreams, I read cookbooks almost every night because I love to cook & imagine food, also more practically I have to plan my familys meal for the next day!
She is the only person in her family who can cook anything from scratch and whilst still on the cleanse has to make food for her husband and two children daily as they are not into leftovers. Please try to take heed of her advice on what to do as she is used to being around the sights and smells of food all day.
What she suggests doing is really looking at what motivates you in doing this cleanse, what is it that you want to get out of it? A trip to Paris is our chefs motivation with the thought of cleaning out her colon so that she will not only be healthier with a cleaner colon when it comes to eating all that holiday food but she also has a strong desire to look good in her vacation photos.
We are all going to have different aspirations for the cleanse, some of us might have the same goal in losing weight, however its the finer detail of the goal that makes the difference.
Its the detailing of what you want in your minds eye that is going to really help you succeed. There are lots of things you can do to make your minds eye clearer, for example if its weight you are wanting to lose, you could cut out pictures of people that have the body and figure you desire. Cutting out images of clothes that you love and would love to see yourself in is also another way to get you closer to your goal. During your cleansing, these images are going to provide you with a massive tool to help you push through the cleansing process. In order to keep the images vividly in your mind, you can collate all of them onto a piece of cardboard and hang it somewhere obvious or simply decorate your home with them so they are seen everywhere you look, including on and in the fridge!
I hope that this helps you in your endeavour to cleanse. It is one of the most beneficial things you can do for yourself, just focus on the details of your goal.
Cleansing allows a cleaner inside for you organs to perform their duty more easily, and allows a much brighter mind if you just allow yourself the time.
