You will be more likely to workout if you feel good about your gear and get to look forward to using your new stuff. Often they are not what they say they are and will not provide you will a nutrient filled diet. Yes youur body will start to burn fat instead but this is not so good as I will explain.

This may perk your interest but it is really bad news as the process uses up a lot of energy to do so. Due to not having the required energy due to your low calorie diet you will run into problems such as fatigue, a weak immune system and most probably suffer an illness.

Your body will need to find a source of energy quickly and it’s first point of call is your muscle and this is very bad for you and counter productive. When this occurs you will lose a lot of weight but it will be temporary. Once you go back to those old eating habits you will gain all the fat back and more. What a complete waste of to me.
