An average tube of lip gloss is .25 to .5 ounces, which is about 7 to 14 grams. So, if Fuze was 100 percent HCA you’d have to use almost an entire tube a day to get the weight loss benefit. But it probably contains much less than 100 percent. If it’s only 10 percent HCA, you’d have to use 10 tubes per day! And if it was only 1 percentwell, you do the math,” it added.

When it comes to weight loss most people first think of having to drastically reduce the amount of calories of food that you eat. This is most certainly a solution that will work but is not highly recommended and is not the best. Not many people realize that this can be dangerous, counter productive and detrimental to ones health. I think I know what your thinking and I thought the same thing, if that is not the answer then what is. I have included some food for thought on this below.
Warning - Crash Diets are Dangerous
What is the best way and most will think it just involves a quick visit to the grocery store to pick up some low calorie frozen dinners. Ahhhhhhg no! please steer clear of these unless you have had a certified nutritionists have a good look at the contents. Often they are not what they say they are and will not provide you will a nutrient filled diet. Yes youur body will start to burn fat instead but this is not so good as I will explain.
This may perk your interest but it is really bad news as the process uses up a lot of energy to do so. Due to not having the required energy due to your low calorie diet you will run into problems such as fatigue, a weak immune system and most probably suffer an illness.
Your body will need to find a source of energy quickly and it’s first point of call is your muscle and this is very bad for you and counter productive. When this occurs you will lose a lot of weight but it will be temporary. Once you go back to those old eating habits you will gain all the fat back and more. What a complete waste of to me. I know for a fact that some of you reading this will know exactly what I mean as they have (like me) been there and got the t-shirt.
When you lose muscle you also lose your bodies best fat fighter, the more muscle you have the more fat you burn at rest. You may have had a revelation here, yes you guessed right if you carry out this process a few times you will lose a bit of muscle each time and replace it with more fat. What is wrong with consuming a healthy and well balance diet but do it in a smart way. You can still eat well and eat healthy, get some recipe books and spice it up.

Eradicate ‘frying’ from your dictionary and cook in a healthy way instead, grill or roast meats, steam or boil vegetables and your heart and family will thank you for it.
You will want to add fiber, fresh vegetables and fruit to your diet and please do not forget to drink plenty of water over the course of your day. The hardest part is filling the bottle, so no excuses.
Build muscle mass
Muscle is a power house when it comes to burning fat, so you do not want to lose any as stated in the previous paragraphs. Think about it what would you rather have muscle which helps you in your fat against the bulge or fat that just sits around all day with nothing better to do than to try and burden your heart.
Aerobic exercise is your secret weapon
Aerobic exercise will help to strengthen your heart and increase lean body mass, both of which are incredibly healthy for you. A fit heart needs no explanations and we have discussed the benefits of extra or maintaining or muscle when trying to lose fat. But the one thing you may not know is that once you finish your exercise session your metabolism will be on fire and you will continue to burn fat even while watching the television.
Lunacy
Why would you risk killing yourself by smoking to assist you in losing weight, granted they both will kill you but does it make sense to do a trade off with the devil. Yep your skinny but you are dead, get a grip.
Fat loss does not need to be about pain and suffering. So what is the big deal, you can not eat artery blocking cholesterol anymore, yum. You will be surprised at how good healthy food can be and no it is not all rabbit food. It is about educating yourself and using healthy alternatives for ingredients. I for example use low fat milk in sauces and casseroles instead of coconut cream or full cream itself and it tastes fantastic. Get out there and start living.

The bottom line is that this is a thing that is straightforward to do, anyone has the ability to do it and exercising does not come much easier or more blissful than a completely fulfilling stretch and a yawn!
