It also means that you are going to reveal all the excesses of the winter months in all their glory. They are all hanging round your middle. The way to get skinny and stay skinny is to make yourself aware of the bad habits that make you fat and then learn new habits, slim habits. When you learn new habits you change your behavior. This is the only to achieve permanent weight loss - or to remain skinny!
